What is driving you to brand/rebrand your business? What is your primary objective for this project?
What is your mission statement? If you don't have a formal mission statement, tell us why your business exists. What problem are you trying to help people solve?
What are your company values?
Describe your ideal client(s) and why they choose you.
Who is your primary target market? Is there currently a market you would like to tap into that you haven't reached yet?
Struggle is inevitable. When things get tough, what motivates you about your business to keep going?
What are your biggest pain points? If you had no barriers, what would you change about your business?
Let's talk about perception. Do you believe that people currently perceive your business the way you want them to? If not, what misconceptions do you believe currently exist?
