Since 2021, BluFish has had the honor of photographing the centenarians that reside in Calhoun County. This special project has allowed us to capture the personality of each centenarian, while also depicting the aging process in the most beautiful way possible. These photos are then used by Calhoun County Senior Services for their annual event that celebrates this special population within our community. In 2022, many of these photos were on display at East End Art Gallery in an effort to bring awareness to Senior Services. We’re fortunate for the centenarian friendships we’ve made along the way, and for the opportunity to be part of such a huge milestone in the lives of those who are lucky enough to hit 100!
