What better company to market an exclusive riverfront property than a few fish? BluFish was instrumental in partnering with a Commercial Real Estate firm and the owners of one incredible piece of up-north property.
BluFish was hired by Signature Associates to help with selling the Cannon River Ranch property located in northern Michigan. Spanning over 685 acres and 7 miles of river frontage with a price tag of $9M, this is an opportunity that is going to attract a very unique buyer. For that reason, Signature Associates did not want to take the traditional listing approach. Our team spent a weekend on the property gathering original photography and video footage that has been used throughout the campaign.
To date, BluFish has created a Cannon River Ranch website, a beautiful direct mail video book which features a video of the property when opened (sent to bloggers, realtors and various media outlets), and a series of digital and print ads in outlets such as the Wall Street Journal, Chicago Times, USA TODAY and others including a geo-fencing campaign that targets some of the country’s most exclusive social clubs.
Several prospects have been identified since launching this effort in September 2017. We are constantly evaluating digital media metrics and tweaking our strategy in an effort to identify the perfect buyer.
