As an organization that is driven to heal youth on both a local and global scale, the 4th Annual Night of Starrs event serves as a celebration of community leaders who have taken intentional action to improve the lives of children. Due to COVID-19, rather than an in-person ceremony, this year’s event will be a weeklong virtual celebration honoring award recipients, sponsors and supporters. As a long-time partner and supporter of Starr Commonwealth, BluFish is sponsoring this year’s event with a BluFish Gives Back Donation.
“Having worked with Starr for many years, we’re very familiar with their mission and how they’ve evolved over the years to best serve the youth that they work with. We’re proud to support the 4th Annual Night of Starrs Event,” said Ryan Traver, President/Owner of BluFish.
“Without like-minded individuals and organizations standing tall with Starr, our work may never be complete,” said Sarah Slamer-Wasil, Director of Development. “We are grateful for our supporters and partners like BluFish Consulting who are committed to sharing their resources to support our cause, advance our response efforts, and meet the needs of all we serve.”
The weeklong virtual celebration will begin on Monday, September 21 and end with a live virtual event on Friday, September 25 at 5:00pm. Not only will community leaders be honored with the Stand Tall Award, but this is a wonderful opportunity to recognize businesses and individuals who dedicate themselves to seeing the greatness in all children.
