A highly reputable long-standing speech therapy organization in the Chicago land area operating under the name of the Center for Speech and Language Disorders (CSLD) found itself in a unique position as their founder was retiring, and the organization began pioneering change in the industry as they identified a sector of the population not getting the help needed. Before breaking down walls and making a difference in the sector, they needed a rebrand. The organization reached out to BluFish to help. We started with a strategic plan for the organization, which was embraced and followed up with name development, tagline development, logo development, and then an all-new website. The work is never done, however. As CHAT continues to make waves, they are re-writing the story which means constant updates to the website and their social media pages to position themselves as the leader in the space.
As the only not-for-profit speech therapy in the Chicago area, CHAT provides its speech and language services to children in need through scholarships, summer programs, and in schools.
