On April 30, 2018, the Healthcare Advertising Awards by Healthcare Marketing Report honored BluFish Consulting with a gold award for Oaklawn Hospital’s birth center billboard campaign. As the oldest and largest awards competition in the healthcare industry, over 4,000 entries were submitted this year alone. BluFish is honored to have placed in the top 10% of entries submitted nationwide.

BluFish has a longstanding partnership with Oaklawn Hospital, and they handle everything from website design and event branding, to video and social media management. The development of a solid brand strategy and creative plan has helped position Oaklawn as equals to the larger hospital systems in the region. For this award-winning project, a series of billboards promoting Oaklawn’s Birth Center featured simple, yet clever headlines like, “Where every day is labor day.”
The Healthcare Advertising Awards by Healthcare Marketing Report represent the healthcare industry’s largest awards competition. They rely on a national panel of judges to review all entries based on the measures of creativity, quality, message effectiveness, consumer appeal, graphic design and overall impact.
