In 1925, Oaklawn Hospital opened its doors as a 12-bed facility in a residential home. Nearly a century later, it’s grown into a respected regional healthcare organization—still rooted on its original campus, but now serving thousands across south-central Michigan.
2025 marked Oaklawn’s centennial celebration—100 years of care, compassion, and community. But for Oaklawn, this milestone was more than a moment to look back. It was an opportunity to look forward—to honor the legacy of care, and to inspire the next generation.
At BluFish, we were honored to help bring the “Celebrate Well” campaign to life and play a small part in Oaklawn’s 100-year story.
A Message with Meaning
“Celebrate Well” captures the dual spirit of Oaklawn’s centennial year — both a celebration of 100 years of compassionate care and a celebration of wellness itself.
It honors a century of serving the community with excellence, while also reflecting Oaklawn’s mission to help every person live and feel their best. The phrase reminds us that true celebration comes from good health, connection, and the ongoing commitment to care for one another — past, present, and future.
Bringing “Celebrate Well” to Life
BluFish helped Oaklawn share this milestone in meaningful and memorable ways. Throughout 2025, the town of Marshall has been covered in the signature red and white of “Celebrate Well.”
Our team produced a wide range of creative pieces for the campaign, including:
- A video highlighting Oaklawn’s past, present, and future
- The “Celebrate Well” and “100 Years” logos
- Street banners, billboards (mobile & static), print ads & more
- Large window & lobby installations
- Historic timeline displayed in main hospital lobby
- Branded event materials—from T-shirts, tote bags, and towels, to signage & promotions
We also supported events such as Oaklawn’s Color Run, several Christmas parades, Centennial Benefit Auction, golf outing, and a 100-year celebration which took place on July 25, 2025, reflecting the spirit of celebration and community pride. Even inside Oaklawn’s facilities, “100 Years” branding fills the spaces—on windows, pillars, lobby displays, apparel, and signage—creating an inspiring experience.
