Ongoing Agency Support | Remote (U.S.)
BluFish Branding is a growing branding and marketing agency looking to add talented freelance graphic designers to our extended creative team.
Rather than filling a one-time project, we’re looking to build long-term relationships with designers who can support ongoing client work. Most freelancers will begin by working with a specific client account or project, with opportunities to expand into additional accounts or recurring monthly work as the relationship grows.
Our goal is to thoughtfully match each designer with the right clients, allowing you to become familiar with their brand, workflow, and long-term creative needs.
Workload
Workload varies based on client and project demands but typically ranges from 0–30 hours per month, with opportunities for additional work as availability and client needs increase.
Typical Projects
Projects may include:
- Social media graphics
- Brand identity support
- Print collateral
- Presentation design
- Marketing materials
- Website graphics and digital assets
- Production design and layout
- Preparing files for print and digital production
We’re Looking For Someone Who
- approximately 6 hours per day
- Has strong graphic design fundamentals and an excellent eye for typography, layout, and visual hierarchy.
- Is proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
- Has experience with Canva (preferred but not required).
- Works remotely with professionalism and reliability.
- Can take initiative and work independently while knowing when to ask questions or seek direction.
- Pays close attention to detail and maintains brand consistency.
- Can manage multiple deadlines and shifting priorities.
- Communicates clearly and collaborates effectively through email, messaging platforms, and project management software.
- Is comfortable working within established brand standards.
- Receives feedback professionally and incorporates revisions efficiently.
- Consistently meets deadlines.
- Has experience working with agencies, multiple brands, or client-facing creative work.
- Values original design work and uses generative AI thoughtfully as a supporting tool—not as a replacement for creative thinking or design execution.

This is a remote contract position open to designers located anywhere in the United States. Preference will be given to candidates based in Michigan.
