







BluFish was faced with a steep uphill climb when asked to create a name, identity, brand, and campaign for the Transportation Authority of Calhoun County (TACC). This newly formed board would be putting a county wide transportation plan on an upcoming election ballot. While this would provide new transportation options for residents of Albion, Battle Creek, Marshall, and Springfield, it would also come with additional taxes. With just 3 months to plan, we created the brand Ride Calhoun and launched a website, social media campaign, print, outdoor, collateral, PPT and more to spread information about Ride Calhoun and to encourage people to vote on November 5th. When the votes came in, the new millage passed overwhelmingly with only 2 precincts across 4 communities voting it down.
